Real estate records, judgments, marriage licenses, wills, and financing statements are available online through our Secure Remote Access website, a system that provides public access by electronic means to court and land records maintained by our Office. In order to view images remotely and online, a subsription is required.
Available Records
The following records are available online using Secure Remote Access:
Deeds and Land Records from 01/01/1869 to present.
Judgments, Financing Statements, Marriage Licenses, and Wills from 01/01/2001 to present.
Please complete the "Subscriber Application" and "Subscriber Agreement", and have it notarized. Email both documents to Diane Jamerson at djamerson@vacourts.gov, and return the original by mail. Your account will be activated as soon as possible.
