Marriage License Information 

Marriage Licences are issued in the Circuit Court Clerk's Office.  Please arrive no later than 4:00 PM to allow sufficient time to complete the marriage application.  Both the bride and groom are required to come to the Clerk's Office together.
Items to remember when applying for a marriage license: 

• $30.00 Fee for the license.
• $2.50 Fee for the certified copy of the marriage license.
• Photo ID for both parties are required. 
• Full names of both parties' parents are needed.
• Parties must be 18 years of age.
• License expires 60 days from date of issuance.
