The Sheriff's Assistance Philosophy

Sheriff Billy Kidd has a very proactive and accessible philosophy about what his office should do. Aside from keeping the community safe, he believes that his office should provide contact and networking assistance to citizens. For instance, if someone calls the Sheriff's Office for something other than law enforcement, the Sheriff feels that it is good to get that person in contact with a person or agency that can of of assistance to the caller. With the Sheriff's vast network of agencies and people across the County and Commonwealth, he and his office can assist those looking for more than law enforcement. [top]
