NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS
COUNTY OF BUCKINGHAM
MONDAY, APRIL 14, 2008

BUCKINGHAM COUNTY HIGH SCHOOL AUDITORIUM
ROUTE 60, BUCKINGHAM, VIRGINIA

The Buckingham County Board of Supervisors will conduct a series of Public Hearing on Monday, April 14, 2008 commencing at 7:30 P.M. in the Buckingham County High School Auditorium. The Buckingham Planning Commission and the Buckingham County Board of Supervisors will hold a Joint Public Hearing on the Third Public Hearing being conducted.    The following hearings are scheduled:

1. Special Use Permit for a Membership Based Paintball Business.  Applicant Ian Jackson, Tudor Place Subdivision in the Maysville District, Tax Map Section 137 Parcel 10B.
2. Amendment to the Redistricting Ordinance to provide for Central Absentee Voter Election Precinct.
3. Joint Public Hearing with the Board of Supervisors and the Planning Commission:  Revisions to Article 9 of the Zoning Ordinance:  Article 9 is:  Radio, Television and Communications Tower Amendment to the Zoning Ordinance of Buckingham County.
4. Proposed Fiscal Year 2008-2009 Buckingham County Operating Budget and Tax Rates
5. Proposed Notice of Proposed Real Property Tax Increase Due to Reassessment.
