The Office of Finance and Human Resources is responsible for all procurement of the County Administration, assisting the County Administrator in preparing an annual budget to the Board of Supervisors, assisting the County Administrator in all fiscal matters, accommodating new employees to benefits, payroll and distribution of monies, and other fiscal duties.
